All our products are Made to Order - each item is freshly made on the day you order.

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 4:00 PM
  • Order deadline: 1:00 PM - orders after this will be shipped the next shipping day

Example: Order on Monday at 2 PM -> shipped on Wednesday at 4 PM.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We make all items fresh to order. Processing time: 1-2 business days. Shipping takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 4 p.m.

How can I track my order?

You will automatically receive an email with the tracking number on the shipping day. Tracking: dhl.de/tracking.

My tracking is not updating - is my order lost?

With standard shipping (Deutsche Post) there are fewer scan points. This is normal - your order is on its way. If the tracking does not update for more than 1 week (DE) or 2 weeks (EU), contact us.

Can I return my order?

Yes - you have a 30-day return policy. For defects, a photo is sufficient as proof. Contact us beforehand so we can give you instructions.
