**Right of Withdrawal**

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is one month from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. 

You can also fill out and submit your explanation electronically according to the explanations and forms available under "My eBay" in the "Buy / Purchase Overview" for the respective item. If you take advantage of this option, you will receive a confirmation of the receipt of your explanation immediately (e.g., via email).

To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the cancellation period.

**Consequences of Withdrawal**

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.

You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any potential loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

**Deviating Return Shipping Cost Regulation for Germany**

We bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return takes place within Germany.

**Return Labels**

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, you will be provided with free return labels for your return within Germany. If you use these return labels, the return will be free of charge for you.

The return label will be provided to you through your customer account.

You can drop off the return at a package shop of the respective provider in Germany.
